9 months agoLady serving at the garlic fest was rude. Asked for a receipt, she snapped and said it was too late and we should have asked sooner. Didn't get my order in, only my partners, and didn't seem to care that I was without food. Really rude, great way to do business I guess.

9 months agoIf you’re looking for comfort food done right, this is the spot. The breakfast burritos are loaded with flavor, and the bierocks are just the kind of hearty you crave. On top of that, the lady running the place is a total sweetheart—friendly, welcoming, and clearly proud of the food she serves (rightfully so!)

10 months agoThe ham and cheese quiche was so good. Baked it for 14 min at 375. I was at the Wichita Ild Town Farm and Art Market Saturday.

11 months agoI picked up a Ham & Cheese Quiche and Dubai Brownie at the old town farmer's market today and I'm so happy I did, both were absolutely delicious! Thank you!

a year agoI had heard about them for a while, and a couple of weeks go while at the Farmer's Market in Wichita I was finally able to try a bierock from them. Not to be missed. I'm still still new at the bierocks game, but it was easily the best I've had so far.

a year agoWe found Anna at the Farmer's market in old town in Wichita. The Bierocks are fantastic and it's now a weekly trip for us to see her and buy some more. I'd highly recommend you stop by.

3 years agoI have been trying to get my hands on one of Bierocks Babe Vegan Bierocks and it had been elusive and now I know why. I finally got one and it was out of this world. It was so delicious and flavorful and tasted so much like meat I got worried it had been put in the wrong packaging! The consistency and taste could convince any carnivore that it’s possible to even do a few meals replaced as plant based and not miss a thing. If you are looking for a meal to open minds this one be one. Wish I had a constant stock in the freezer! Thank you for your hard work and figuring out this combo!

4 years agoI am a beef lovin' Texan. I found Bierocks Babe at the Arts & Farmers Market in downtown Wichita. I showed up in the last hour of the market being open. Many vendors were sold out or picked over. BB only had the vegan option. Anna talked me into trying one when she said "a blend of spices." Oh.My.Lanta! One of the best things EVER!!!! The spice blend is addicting & the veggie based protein is seriously delicious. Perfect amount of cabbage to protein ratio. My only regret is that I didn't buy more. I will be craving these when I'm back in Texas.
